The Incurred Expenses Screen
How to Get There
Navigate from the top menu to: Admin → Incurred Expenses
Purpose
The Incurred Expenses Screen displays all expenses that have been applied to your accounts and products based on rules defined in the Other Operating Expenses (OOE) Settings Screen. It enables you to:
- Review previously incurred expenses
- Confirm that recurring and one-time expenses were applied correctly
- Make corrections or remove invalid entries
- Ensure profit and loss reporting reflects true operating costs
Tips & Tricks
- Negative expense values will show as positive adjustments to revenue.
- Use this screen to audit and reconcile your OOE setup with actual results.
- If an expense appears missing, verify it was properly defined in the OOE Settings Screen.

| Product Title | Auto-populated if assigned to an ASIN |
| Account Title | Account/Marketplace where expense occurred |
| Marketplace | Auto-populated if assigned to an ASIN |
| SKU | Auto-populated if assigned to an ASIN |
| FNSKU | Auto-populated if assigned to an ASIN |
| ASIN | Product ASIN the expense is assigned to (if any) |
| Parent ASIN | Auto-populated if assigned to an ASIN |
| Internal Name | Auto-populated if assigned to an ASIN |
| Brand | Auto-populated if assigned to an ASIN |
| Product Group | Auto-populated if assigned to an ASIN |
| Tags | The product the expense is assigned to (if any) |
| Amount | Monetary value in marketplace currency |
Options Dropdown
- Edit Incurred Expense: Modify expense entry details
- Delete Incurred Expense: Remove incorrectly added entries
- Show Incurred Expenses: List previous expenses associated with this entry
Worked Examples
Recurring Expense -- Software Subscription
Define in OOE Settings:
- Start Date: 1st January 2025
- Repeat: Monthly
- Description: "Helium10 Subscription"
- Category: SaaS Tools
- Amount: $97
Result: The Incurred Expenses Screen automatically generates entries on the 1st of each month showing $97 applied.
One-Time Expense -- Product Photoshoot
Define in OOE Settings:
- Start Date: 15th February 2025
- Repeat: None (one-time)
- Description: "Lifestyle Photoshoot -- ASIN B12345"
- Category: Marketing
- Product: ASIN B12345
- Amount: $500
Result: A single entry appears on 15th February 2025 for $500, linked to ASIN B12345.
