The Views Manager

Overview

The Views Manager allows you to customize which columns display in table screens throughout SellerLegend. Screen Views are your personally customized column settings for any table screen in SellerLegend.

Accessing the Feature

The Views Manager button appears at the top left of every table screen, displaying a dropdown list of available views for that particular table.

Key Capabilities

Column Management

• Show or hide columns via checkboxes
• Reorder columns by dragging hamburger icons
• Apply color highlights to individual columns
• Set conditional formatting based on cell values or other columns

View Types

The system provides two default views (Default and All Fields) plus unlimited custom views. Each logged-in user maintains separate view preferences without affecting other account users.

Main Tasks

Revealing/Hiding Columns

1. Select your desired view
2. Open the Views Manager
3. Check or uncheck column boxes in the right pane
4. Click "Save Changes And Apply"

Reordering Columns

Hover over a column's hamburger icon until the cursor becomes a crosshair, then drag the column to your preferred position.

Creating New Views

Adjust the current view settings, then click "Save As New View" and name your custom view. The original view remains unchanged.

Conditional Formatting

Click the dropdown icon next to a column to set formatting rules based on that column's values or another column's values, including cell background color and text color options.
