How Do I Cancel My Subscription / Account?

SellerLegend allows users to cancel subscriptions directly through their account dashboard.

Cancellation Process

  1. Log into the SellerLegend app at app.sellerlegend.com with your credentials
  2. Click the Account Profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select Payments from the dropdown menu
  4. Click the Cancel Subscription button on the Payment Information screen

Important Requirements

  • Only the admin (parent) account can initiate cancellation. Guest users cannot cancel subscriptions.
  • Users must complete their billing profile before cancellation can be processed if they haven't already done so.

What Happens After Cancellation

The subscription ends at the conclusion of the current billing period or trial period. No further charges will be made to your card following cancellation. User data gets automatically deleted 30 days after the trial ends or after the final billing cycle concludes.

Key Limitation

SellerLegend support staff cannot cancel accounts on behalf of users. This policy exists to protect user privacy and prevent accidental data loss. All cancellations must be performed directly by account holders through the dashboard.
