How to Select, Change, or Switch Marketplaces
Quick Steps
To switch marketplaces or groups in SellerLegend:
- Navigate to the Dashboard
- Click the Marketplace/Group Selector in the top-left corner
- A panel slides out showing all available options
- Select your desired marketplace or group
The dashboard reloads with the correct account data and assigned currency.
Understanding Marketplaces vs. Groups
Marketplaces display individual seller accounts with:
- Links to edit marketplace details
- Seller ID information below the name
- Native currency (e.g., USD for Amazon.com, GBP for Amazon.co.uk)
Groups aggregate multiple marketplaces and feature:
- "Edit Group Details" links
- Lists of participating marketplace countries
- A six-blue-dots icon preceding the group name
- Customizable default currency
Currency Handling
Individual marketplaces use their native currency by default. Groups employ the default currency you selected during creation. You can temporarily adjust currency via the currency selector or permanently modify it through group settings.
Why Use Groups?
Groups enable sellers to unify multi-currency data, organize accounts by region or manager, and streamline workflows. Example: combine US, Canada, and Mexico marketplaces into a single "North America" group displaying figures in USD.
Note
Groups aren't available on the Product Dashboard since it's SKU-specific and doesn't support cross-marketplace aggregation.
