The Product Monthly Valuation Screen
Overview
This screen presents an enhanced version of Amazon's Inventory Ledger Report, accessible through the Products and Inventory menu or directly from the Products List.
Primary Functions
The report displays:
- End-of-month inventory positions across all products by detailed disposition (Sellable, Unsellable, Defective, etc.)
- Monetary valuations showing end-of-month COGS per product and disposition
- All fulfillment centers holding stock during the period (useful for sales tax nexus analysis)
- Support for customizable accounting workflows
Access Methods
- Via Main Menu: Products and Inventory → Inventory → Monthly Valuation
- Via Products List: Click the options menu next to any product and select Monthly Valuation
Key Timing Information
- Data becomes available by the 3rd of the following month
- Amazon may delay delivery; SellerLegend retries daily for up to 10 days
- If unavailable by the 15th, contact Amazon Seller Support
- New users see data starting the 6th of the month following their first complete month
- Historical data extends up to 18 months before onboarding
Filtering Recommendations
Users can refine results by:
- Specific ASINs using "Is One Of" filtering
- Products with quantities (EOM Quantity >= 0)
- Specific months
- Individual disposition types (e.g., SELLABLE only)
Column Details
The screen includes the following columns:

| EOM Quantity | End-of-month unit count |
| Per-Unit COGS | Cost of goods per unit |
| EOM COGS Valuation | Total end-of-month COGS value (EOM Quantity x Per-Unit COGS) |
| Fulfillment Center IDs | FC locations holding stock during the period |

COGS must be configured for accurate valuation. If COGS is not set for a product, it will show as $0 value.
