How to Hide or Un-hide a Product

Hiding a Product

To remove a product from the active view:

1. Navigate to Products and Inventory > Products List
2. Locate the target product
3. Click the three dots on that product's row
4. Select Hide Product from the dropdown menu

The product will then be hidden and no longer appear in the default Products List view.

Unhiding a Product

To restore a hidden product's visibility:

1. Go to Products and Inventory > Products List
2. Click Filters in the top-right toolbar
3. In the Hidden filter dropdown, select "Show Hidden True"
4. Click the Filter button
5. Find the product and click the three dots
6. Select Show Product

The product will reappear in the Products List.

Bulk Operations

For managing multiple products simultaneously, you can use the bulk upload feature. Locate the Hide Product column in your bulk upload file and set values to True to hide or False to unhide items in batches.
