Overview
The Order Details Panel provides comprehensive order information through a modal popup accessible by clicking any Amazon order number throughout the SellerLegend system.
Access Method
The panel is exclusively invoked through inline Order Number links rather than through main menu navigation. Simply click any order number to trigger the modal display.
Key Features
- Overlays the current screen without requiring navigation
- Close by pressing Esc or clicking outside the modal
- Available across multiple screens including Orders, Sales Per Day, Settlement Periods, and P&L reports
Content Sections
Order Details
Order date, marketplace, status, fulfillment channel, sales channel, carrier, tracking number, and last update timestamp.
Customer Details
Full name, shipping address, tier classification, phone number, watchlist reasons, and order history (unavailable for pending orders).
Product Information
ASIN, SKU, internal name, title, brand, tags, and marketplace details.
Financial Data
Listing price, customer paid price, COGS, VAT, revenue, and profit calculations.
Additional Details
Tax amounts, fulfillment fees, promotions, discounts, shipping charges, gift wrap information, and delivery window estimates.
The interface includes an item selector for multi-item orders, allowing users to navigate between products within a single order.
