How to Group Multiple Accounts/Marketplaces Into a Custom Group

SellerLegend's Account Groups feature enables sellers to combine and view financial data across multiple marketplaces/accounts in a single currency of your choice. This is particularly useful for consolidating data when operating across different regions with varying base currencies.

Step-by-Step Creation Process

Access the Marketplace Selector

  1. Click the Marketplace/Group selector at the top left of any screen
  2. A selection panel appears showing available marketplaces and groups

Create a New Group

  1. Scroll to the bottom and click "Create New Account Group"
  2. Complete the popup form fields:
    • Group Title: Choose a descriptive name (e.g., "Japan, US, and EU")
    • Group Currency: Select your preferred reporting currency
    • Choose Accounts: Check the marketplaces to include
  3. Click Save

Management Options

Existing groups can be edited to rename, change marketplace membership, or switch the default currency. Groups can also be deleted through the Edit Group modal.
